  • 4-5 c. peeled and sliced tart apples
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 c. water
  • 1 tbsp. butter
  • Pastry for double crust pie
  • Lowfat milk

Direcciones

  1. Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; stir in water. Add in apples; coat thoroughly. Pour into pastry and dot with butter. Place top crust on pie; cut design in top to allow steam to escape.
  2. Brush top crust with lowfat milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min till golden.
