Receta Mother's Old Fashioned Apple Pie

Ingredientes
- 4-5 c. peeled and sliced tart apples
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/3 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 tbsp. butter
- Pastry for double crust pie
- Lowfat milk
Direcciones
- Combine sugar, flour and cinnamon; stir in water. Add in apples; coat thoroughly. Pour into pastry and dot with butter. Place top crust on pie; cut design in top to allow steam to escape.
- Brush top crust with lowfat milk and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 min till golden.
