Receta Mushrooms stew with polenta

Ingredientes
- 500g mushrooms
- 1 onion
- 1 red mild pepper
- 150 ml oil
- 200ml beef broth
- salt
- pepper
- dill
- parsley
- polenta
Direcciones
- 1.Wash delicate the mushrooms,and cut them in thin slices.
- 2.Wash,peel and chop the onion and mild pepper.
- 3.Heat the oil and stew in it onion,pepper and mushrooms,add beef broth and boil till the liquid diminish.
- (some people make this stew with an mixture of milk and flour,called ,,roasted flour,but,I prefer to make it with beef broth or tomato juice).
- Serve the stew near polenta.
