- Curry leaves - Few
- Ginger - 2 inch long piece
- Garlic - 2 pods
- Red chilli powder - 2 spoons
- Coriander powder - 3 spoons
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 spoon
- Salt - As per taste
- Fennel seeds - 1 spoon + 1/2 spoon
- Star anise (Annachipoo) - 1
- Oil - 10 spoons
- 3. Ginger - 2 inch long piece
