- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 3-4 hot peppers
- 2-3 green chillies
- 2-3 cloves
- 1 teaspoon pine nuts
- 4 bulbs of finely chopped garlic
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 3-4 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- freshly ground black pepper for garnishing
- 1 small can of peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 3 teaspoons of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 clove garlic minced
