Ingredientes
- 3 ounce pkg. cream cheese
- 3 T lowfat milk
- 1 sm. can anchovies (mashed)
- 1 scant c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 c. parsley (less if dehydrated)
- 3 T minced chives
- Sm. amount crushed onion
- 2 or possibly more teaspoon capers
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 - 1 garlic clove
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Just mix it all together. Make ahead at least early in the day or possibly 24 hrs. Serve with crackers.Even people who don't like or possibly would refuse to eat anchovies love this if they are not told in advance!
