Receta No Bake Lemon Cheesecake

Ingredientes
- 1 c. graham crackers minced
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 pkt lemon gelatin pwdr
- 3 ounce cream cheese softened
- 1 x lemon
- 2 c. lowfat sour cream
- 8 ounce cold whip Lite thawed
- Â Â strawberries for garnish
Direcciones
- Combine graham cracker crumbs with margarine. Press crumb mix into bottom of springform pan. Mix boiling water and gelatin dessert pwdr till gelatin is dissolved. Cut cream cheese into small cubes. Add in to warm gelatin. Whisk till dissolved. Zest 1 tsp. lemon rind; set aside.
- Juice lemon to get approximately 3 Tbsp. of juice. Combine lemon mix, zest, lemon juice and lowfat sour cream. Mix in whipped topping. Pour over crust. Refrigeratetill set, approximately 30 min. Slice strawberries. Arrange on top of cheesecake.
