Receta No Bake Mayan Brownies

  • 1 Cup Raw Walnuts
  • 1 Cup of packed soft pitted medjool dates
  • 1/2 Cup pure cacao powder or coco powder
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of water - optionalINSTRUCTIONS
  • place walnuts in a food processor and process for a few seconds until they form a coarse flour
  • add the dates and cacao powder, cinnamon and cayenne pepper and process until moist (if mixture is stiff add a few drops of water)
  • texture should be crumbly but moist, press the mixture into an 8X8 inch pan so that it forms a solid layer
  • Top with cacao nibs or walnuts
