Receta No Oil, No Sugar Muffins
Ingredientes
- 2/3 c. quick oatmeal
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 2 egg whites
- 3 T raisins
- 1/4 c. powdered lowfat milk
- 1 pkg. "Sweet One" (sugar substitute)
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
Direcciones
- Fold in order given. For 6 big muffins, bake 12 to 15 min at 375 degrees. For 12 regular muffins, bake 11 to 12 min at 350 degrees.
