  • 300 mls Water
  • 300 mls Whole Milk
  • 330g Strong White Flour
  • 170g Oatmeal (you can buy this from Health-Food shops)
  • 25 mls Olive Oil
  • 15g Salt
  • 15g Dried Yeast
  • Milk to brush the top of the loaf
  • Sprinkling of Porridge Oats*
