Receta Old Fashion Polish Golumbki

Ingredientes
- 2 med. or possibly lg. cabbage
- 1 pound rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 pound salt pork
- 1 1/2 pound lean hamburger
- 1/4 T salt and pepper
- 1 dash Accent
- 1 pkg. instant beef broth
- 1 onion, minced (optional)
Direcciones
- Precook rice till center is still hard. Saute hamburger; add in all seasonings; cook till brown (cook loosely). Mix with rice. Saute salt pork in small cubes. Add in drippings to rice and hamburger mix. Loosen cabbage leaves in steaming water. Cut off hard core. Roll mix onto cabbage leaves, wrapping up like a turnover. Place loose cabbage on bottom of large roasting pan. Top with rolled cabbage. Cover with can of tomato soup and 1 can of water. Cover with drippings and cabbage leaves. Bake covered at 325 degrees for 2 1/2 to 3 hrs. Serves 8-10.
