Ingredientes
- 1 tsp Grated lemon peel
- 1/4 c. Fresh lemon juice
- 1 c. Sugar
- 4 ounce Egg beaters or possibly egg substitut
- 2Â 1/2 c. Half-and-half
- 1 dsh Salt
Direcciones
- Combine ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and process till smooth. Cover and chill till ready to freeze. Pour into the ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions for freezing.
- Suggested garnishes: Mint leaves and/or possibly raspberries.
