Ingredientes

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/3 cup plus 1 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • pinch of salt

  • constantly. As you notice the filling beginning to thicken, add another
  • cup of the scalded milk continuing to stir constantly until it begins to
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 tsp vanilla extract (omit if you used a vanilla bean earlier)
  • 2 1/2 cups fresh raspberries
