Receta Olive Oil/Lemon/Garlic Marinade
This is a great marinade for grilled veggies, pork or chicken.
Ingredientes
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients together and pour over veggies or meat of choice at least 30 minutes before you cook them.Make sure everything gets marinated and turn it a few times if you let it sit for awhile. Much better flavor if left to marinate over night in your fridge.
- Also squeeze fresh lemon juice on the veggies and meat when you remove them from the grill for a little extra zing.
