  • 3 cups dry red wine, more if needed
  • 4 whole cloves
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • ½ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
  • 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
