Receta Easy Apple Cobbler

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. butter for sauteing apples
- 2 pound cooking apples, peeled & sliced
- 1/2 c. raisins, optional
- 1 1/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pecans, optional
- 3/4 tbsp. pie spices
- 1/4 pound melted butter
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Saute/fry apples and raisins for a few min in 3 Tbsp. butter till tender. Add in 1/4 c. sugar and spices. Set aside.
- Pour 1/4 lb. melted butter in 7 x 11 x 2 inch baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients; stir in lowfat milk. Pour batter on top of butter. Pour apples over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 min or possibly till crust is golden. Serve with a whipped cream or possibly ice cream if you like. Serves 6-8.
