- 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 sticks (16 tablespoons) cold unsalted butter, cut into small cubes
- ½ cup plus 2 tablespoons ice water
- For the Filling:
- 3 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup dark corn syrup
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons bourbon
- pinch of salt
- 2 cups (about 8 ounces) chopped pecans
