  1. In a saute/fry pan over medium heat add in oil, heat and add in onions and salt. Cook the onions till they are caramelized, about 20 min. Remove from heat and set aside to cold.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients, and then add in the cooled onions. Chill and stir again before serving.
  3. This recipe yields 1 batch.
  4. Yield: 1 batch
