Receta Onion Rings 2 ("French Fried")

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 tsp chili pwdr optional
- Â Â salt
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 1 x onion 1/4" sliced
Direcciones
- Cut onion into 1/4 inch slices and separate rings. In 9 x 13 pan combine onion & lowfat milk. Let stand 30 min turning frequently. On wax paper combinenext 3 ingredients. Turn onion rings into bread crumbs to coat. Spray cookiesheet and place onion rings on pan. Drizzle proportionately with vegetable oil.
- Bake450 for 5 min on each side. These are really delicious!
