  1. Cut onion into 1/4 inch slices and separate rings. In 9 x 13 pan combine onion & lowfat milk. Let stand 30 min turning frequently. On wax paper combinenext 3 ingredients. Turn onion rings into bread crumbs to coat. Spray cookiesheet and place onion rings on pan. Drizzle proportionately with vegetable oil.
  2. Bake450 for 5 min on each side. These are really delicious!
