  • One Large Acorn Squash
  • 1-1/2 cups Pure Orange Juice (no pulp)
  • several dashes of ground cinnamon
  • pinch or two of nutmeg

Direcciones

  1. Remove stem and seeds and slice the squash
  2. Place in a baking dish with orange juice, cinnamon and nutmeg
  3. Cover with aluminum foil and Bake @ 400 F for 35 minutes (undisturbed)
  4. Serve and enjoy!
