Ingredients: 2 1/4 c. Flour; 3 Tbsp. Dutch cocoa; 1 tsp Baking soda; 1 tsp Salt; 1 c. Nuts; 1 1/2 c. Raisins; 2 c. Chocolate chips; 1 c. Butter; 3/4 c. Sugar; 3/4 c. Brown sugar; 2 x Large eggs; 3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier; 3 tsp Orange extract

Ingredientes

2Â 1/4 c. Flour
3 Tbsp. Dutch cocoa
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
1 c. Nuts
1Â 1/2 c. Raisins
2 c. Chocolate chips
1 c. Butter
3/4 c. Sugar
3/4 c. Brown sugar
2 x Large eggs
3 Tbsp. Grand Marnier
3 tsp Orange extract

Direcciones

Cream butter and sugars. Add in Large eggs, liqueur, and extract. Blend in dry ingredients. Stir in nuts, chips, and raisins. Bake at 375 degrees F 10 min or possibly till done.
Makes
6-7 dozen.
Crocker cookoff (or possibly something) for best recipe. The recipe as given contained 1 3/4 c. of flour but I discovered which the cookies came out too flat and crunchy so I upped it to 2 1/4 (the standard cookie amount) and I've had nothing but praise for them ever since.
