  1. Cut fish into 4 portions; place in shallow pan. Mix concentrate, next 3 ingredients, 1/2 c. water, and 1/4 teaspoon Salt; pour over fish. Marinate 30 min; turn once. Remove fish; reserve marinade. Place fish on well-greased broiler pan. Broil 3" from heat for 6 min. Turn; broil until fish flakes easily with fork, about 5 to 6 mintues. Baste with reserved marinade. To serve, brush with marinade,; top with orange slices.
