- One Tbsp. of gelatine, one pint of cool water, one c. of sugar, six oranges or possibly one pint of juice, one-half c. of boiling water. Soak the gelatine in one-half c. of cool water ten min. Put the sugar and remainder of cool water in a large pitcher; squeeze the juice into the pitcher; add in it to the gelatine after it is dissolved; strain into the can, and freeze.
