Receta Oreo Topped Sugar Cookie Brownies
My daughter just loved this layered dessert and plans on introducing it at a café that she works at. It’s easy and hits the sweet spot with a triple punch. Watch for Tammie’s post later this month for her version!

Ingredientes
- 1 17.5 oz package sugar cookie mix
- 1 egg
- 4 oz softened margarine
- 1 19.5 oz package brownie mix
- ½ cup oil
- ¼ cup water
- 2 eggs
- 20 Oreo cookies

- Note: eggs, margarine, oil and water are per the package directions of the brands that I bought. Reference the cookie and brownie mix directions to see specifically what you may need.
- Mix the sugar cookie dough per the directions.
- Grease a 9Ã13 pan.
- Spread the cookie dough in the bottom of the pan.Mix the brownie mix per the directions.
- Top the cookie dough with the brownie batter.
- Put the Oreos in a large zip loc bag and smash into small pieces.
- Top the brownie batter evenly with the Oreo crumbs.Press crumbs down with a spatula slightly.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until desired doneness.
- Makes 18 3â³ x 2â³ brownies
