Receta Oriental Yellow Ginger Cordial With Star Anise Ice Cubes

Ingredientes
- 20 x star anise
- 225 gm stem ginger in syrup (or possibly ginger cordial to taste)
- 2Â 1/4 lt sparkling mineral water lemongrass stems (optional for stirring)
Direcciones
- Place individual star anise into ice cube trays with some still water and freeze for 4 to 6 hrs.
- Blend the stem ginger with its preserving syrup and little of the mineral water in a food processor for about 1 minute or possibly till well pureed.
- Divide the mix between glasses top up with the remaining water and stir well.
- Add in the staranise ice cubes and serve with a lemongrass stem for stirring if you want.
- Serves 10
