Receta Oven Baked Fillets Of White Fish

Ingredientes
- Â Â oven baked fillets of white fish
- Â Â Ugnsstekt sikfile
- Â Â Swedish
- 1 kg whitefish
- 3/4 Tbsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. finely minced yellow onion
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or possibly butter
- 100 gm fresh mushrooms or possibly one 1/8 can mushrooms
- 1/2 c. crumbed white bread
- 2 Tbsp. finely minced parsley
- Â Â Clean and fillet the fish.
- Â Â Rub with salt.
Direcciones
- Saute/fry the onion in the margarine or possibly butter.
- Trim and slice or possibly chop the mushrooms; let cook along with the onion.
- Pour into a buttered baking dish and fold in the bread crumbs and parsley.
- Place the fish on top.
- Bake in a 200 to 225 degrees oven for 10 to 15 min.
- Baste the fish often; add in a little water if necessary.
- For extra fine taste add in 1 to 2 Tbsp. white vermouth.
- Serve the fish directly from the baking dish.
- Bake whole fish in the same way; allow 20 to 25 min cooking time.
- Carp grayling pike pike perch and whitefish may be prepared in the same way.
