they were good Veronica, flavorful but I did overcook mine a bit... my thought biting into it is that is should just crumble in your mouth, but mine did not as it was overcooked...
so, take out of the oven just as the center reaches desired temperature for what I meant these to be ... I am gonna cook these again and give them another test but right now I am cooking everything on the outside grill.
