Receta Oven Dried Sweet Potato Chips

Ingredientes
- 1 tsp fine-grained sea salt
- 1 tsp chili pwdr
- 1/2 tsp grnd cumin
- 1/2 tsp grnd coriander
- 1/2 tsp freshly-grnd black pepper
- 1/4 tsp grnd cayenne
- 1 lb sweet potatoes scrubbed, and
- Â Â peeled, if you like
- 1 Tbsp. extra-virgin extra virgin olive oil
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Combine salt and spices in mixing bowl.
- Slice sweet potatoes paper-thin and toss lightly with oil. Toss potatoes with spice mix till proportionately coated. Arrange potatoes on wire grates sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray or possibly on baking sheets fitted with parchment paper.
- Bake for 2 hrs, then turn off oven and let potatoes dry for 2 more hrs or possibly overnight. Alternately, dehydrate sweet potato slices in dehydrator according to manufacturer's directions.
- This recipe yields 4 servings.
