- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- butter for greasing pan

- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar (preferably dark brown sugar)
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons cold butter
