Receta Oxo Beef Stroganoff

Ingredientes
- 1 lb Sirloin steak, 1/2" thick
- 4 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1 lrg Onion, minced
- 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 c. Fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 3 x Oxo beef bouillon cubes
- 3/4 c. Lowfat sour cream
- 2 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
Direcciones
- 1. Slice meat into thin strips.
- 2. Heat 1 tbsp margarine in a large frying pan, saute/fry meat quickly leaving pink inside; remove from pan.
- 3. Stir fry onion, garlic and mushrooms in 1 Tbsp margarine till tender; remove from pan and toss with meat.
- 4. Heat remaining 2 Tbsp margarine in same pan, whisk in four and gradually add in water; stir till smooth.
- 5. Crumble OXO bouillon cubes into pan, cook stirring constantly till mix is smooth and thickened.
- 6. Add in lowfat sour cream, tomato paste and worcestershire sauce; heat gently stirring till smooth.
- 7. Add in meat and vegetables to sauce mix; cook stirring just till heated.
- 8. Serve over warm noodles, sprinkle with parsley.
