- 4 ounce jumbo lump crabmeat
- 5 ounce peeled and deveined shrimp
- Â Â Blackening Seasoning
- Â Â White Rice

- Heat a cast iron skillet. Add in 1 - 2 ounce. of clarified butter. Add in shrimp and cook till halfway done. Add in crabmeat and sprinkle with blackening seasoning. Mix shrimp and crabmeat together. Spoon onto a plate serve with white rice.
