Receta Pan-roasted cauliflower pasta
Ingredientes
- 1 pound dried pasta (I used rigatoni)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 4-5 cups cauliflower florets, cut into small pieces
- 8 ounces hot Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2/3 cup white wine
- 1 1/2 cups baby arugula
- 1/2 cup halved or sliced tangy green olives
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan or Asiago cheese
