Receta Pancakes (Gluten Free)

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Brown rice flour
- Â Â Or possibly oat flour -- * see note
- 1/2 c. Garbanzo flour -- ** see
- Â Â Note
- 1/2 c. Cornmeal
- 1Â 1/2 c. Water
- 2 Tbsp. Honey
- 1 Tbsp. Applesauce
- 4 tsp Baking pwdr
Direcciones
- Combine all ingredients by hand or possibly in a blender. Cook on a lightly oiled griddle. When tops beging to bubble and edges begin to look dry, turn over and cook on other side.
- HELPFUL HINTS: Add in raisins or possibly minced fruit to the batter, if you like. If you have a non-tsick griddle, you won't need any oil.
