- 6 cans chopped clams, drained (Save the liquid)
- ½ pint cherry tomatoes, halved
- Handful fresh chopped parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 handfuls fresh baby spinach
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
