Receta Parker's Lighthouse Key Lime Cheese Pie

Ingredientes
- 1 can (14 ounce) sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1 pkt (8 ounce) cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 c. Plus 2 tb key lime juice
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 x 9-inch deep-dish graham cracker pie shell, baked
- 1 pt Heavy cream
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- Â Â Lime slices garnish
Direcciones
- Put the condensed lowfat milk, cream cheese, lime juice and vanilla in a food processor fitted with the steel blade, and process for 5 min. ( Or possibly beat in a mixer fitted with a wire whip for 15 min.) Spoon the filling into the cooled pie crust, and chill at least 8 hrs, till filling is hard. Whip the cream with the sugar till soft peaks form. Spread on pie.
- Garnish the pie with lime slices. ( I couldn't found Key lime juice so i used regular lime juice.)
