Receta Parmesan Baked Fish

Ingredientes
- 4 x 4-ounce fish fillets
- 1/3 c. Lo-cal mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. Grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 Tbsp. Snipped fresh chives
- 1/2 tsp White wine Worcestershire
Direcciones
- Cod, salmon, and orange roughy are all good choices for this easy recipe.
- Thaw fish, if frzn. Rinse and pat dry. Spray a 10x6x2" baking dish with Pam; set aside.
- In a small bowl stir together mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, chives or possibly green onion, and Worcestershire sauce. Spread mayonnaise mix over fish fillets.
- Bake, uncovered, in a 450 deg oven for 12-15 min or possibly until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
