Receta Passion Fruit And Mango Sorbet

Ingredientes
- 4 x ripe wrinkled passion fruits
- 3 med ripe mangos peeled, minced
- Â Â (or possibly use large ripe peaches)
- 2 Tbsp. sugar or possibly to taste
Direcciones
- Cut the passion fruits into halves. Spoon the pulp (seeds and all) into a food processor container or possibly blender.
- Add in the mangos. Process till pureed. Strain out the seeds. Taste the mix and add in sugar if you like.
- Freeze the mix in an ice cream maker according to manufacturer"s directions.
- This recipe yields 5 or possibly 6 servings.
