Ingredientes
- 2 lbs gound chicken
- 10 oz ground chicken
- 4 Tbsp chopped onions
- 1/2 tsp chopped onions
- 3 Tbsp chopped celery
- 1/2 tsp chopped celery
- 1 quart diced canned tomatoes
- 1/4 cup diced canned tomatoes
- 5 Tbsp tomato puree
- 1/2 tsp tomato puree
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup red chili sauce
- 3/4 tsp black pepper
- 12 oz uncooked macaroni
Direcciones
- Cook chicken in kettle. Stir often to prevent lumps from forming.
- Drain off fat.
- Add onions and celery to meat - cook until tender
- Add tomatoes and seasonings - simmer 45 - 60 minutes
- Cook macaroni according to directions on package omitting oil.
- Fold cooked macaroni into tomato-chicken mixture.
- Simmer until hot - serve with 6 oz spoodle
