Receta Pasta With Ivory Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 c. Ivory Sauce see * Note
- 1 c. Thawed frzn "mixed vegetables"
- 1 c. Canned black eyed peas liquid removed, rinsed
- Â Â Sun-dry tomatoes packed in oil a few to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Sliced scallion
- 1/2 c. Grated Pecorino cheese
- Â Â Salt to taste
- Â Â Freshly-grnd black pepper to taste
- 8 ounce Cooked dry short-shape pasta
Direcciones
- Bring Ivory Sauce to a boil. Add in vegetables and peas and bring to a simmer. Pat dry sun-dry tomatoes and cut into slivers. Add in to sauce with scallions. Stir in half of cheese; reserve other half for garnish.
- Spoon sauce over pasta and garnish with remaining cheese.
- This recipe yields 2 servings.
