Receta Pasta With Crab Sauce

Ingredientes
- 3 Tbsp. Butter
- 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 x Shallot minced
- 1 stalk celery minced
- 6 x To 7 ounce crab meat
- 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
- 4 ounce Tomato sauce (canned)
- 1 c. Sparkling white wine
- 1 x Flavor cube (fish flavor if possible)
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 ounce Pasta cooked according to directions
Direcciones
- Heat butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery till translucent/soft. Add in paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add in flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add in crab and cook for 5 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve over warm pasta.
