Ingredientes

  • 3 Tbsp. Butter
  • 3 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 x Shallot minced
  • 1 stalk celery minced
  • 6 x To 7 ounce crab meat
  • 1 Tbsp. Tomato paste
  • 4 ounce Tomato sauce (canned)
  • 1 c. Sparkling white wine
  • 1 x Flavor cube (fish flavor if possible)
  •     Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 ounce Pasta cooked according to directions

Direcciones

  1. Heat butter in oil and sautee shallot and celery till translucent/soft. Add in paste and tomato sauce. Mix well. Add in flavor cube and wine and cook over low heat 5 minutes. Add in crab and cook for 5 more minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
  2. Serve over warm pasta.
