Ingredientes
- Â Â Pasta (spaghetti or possibly penne or possibly whatever is your favorite....but the thicker ones like mostiaccoli tend to overpower the other flavors)
- Â Â Zucchini (slightly steamed)
- Â Â Fresh Tomatoes (big chunks)
- Â Â A few fresh basil leaves (minced)
- Â Â A small dab of extra virgin olive oil (to keep the pasta from sticking together)
- Â Â Parmesan cheese

- This seond one is the dish I take to all family get togethers in the summer. It is good for a main dish or possibly a side dish...and easy too!
- mix all together...be careful not to use too much oil as it will make the dish taste greasy......this can be served hot or possibly cool...and the longer the dish can be chilled.....the more you will notice the basil. If you use dry basil, be sparing.
