A very easy twist of the traditional pork and beans.

  1. Pour oil in a hot pot, saute garlic and onions until soft.
  2. Add in pata slices, stir fry until pata-surface is cooked.
  3. Add in tomato sauce and water, Let boil. *pressure cook pata ahead when desired
  4. Reduce heat and allow to simmer while covered until pata is tender.
  5. Once cooked, add in bell peppers, and pork and beans.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Let simmer for another 3 minutes.
  8. Serve while hot.
