Receta Peach Cream Pie
Ingredientes
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. peach gelatin
- 1 1/4 c. boiling water
- 1 pt. peach ice cream
- 2 med. size ripe peaches, peeled if you like, diced
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 9-inch pie shell, baked and cooled
Direcciones
- In bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add in ice cream; stir till melted. Refrigeratetill mix has thickened but not set, 15 to 20 min. Mix in peaches and extract. Spoon into pie shell. Refrigeratetill hard, several hrs. Good with whipped cream.
