  1. Drain peaches; reserve 1/2 c. syrup; set aside. Combine and mix sugar, cornstarch, and nutmeg. Add in peach syrup, orange juice, lemon juice; stir lump free. Heat butter in skillet; brown ham on both sides. Remove ham from skillet and keep hot. Add in cornstarch mix to skillet; cook till thickened and clear, stirring constantly. Add in ham and peaches; heat thoroughly.
