- 2.5mls fine salt
- 75g spelt flour
- 100g dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 85g sugar - I used fructose
- 55g peanut butter (I used smooth, sugar and salt free peanut butter)
- 1 egg, beaten
- 125g plain yoghurt
- 125g butter, melted
