Receta Peanut Butter Banana Bread
Great bread for breakfast or brunch. Kids will like it, too.
Ingredientes
- 6 T creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 C (half a stick) butter
- 1 C sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 C AP flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/4 C sour cream
- 2 ripe, mashed bananas
- 1/2 C chocolate chips
- 1/4 C chopped walnuts
Direcciones
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- Melt the butter and peanut butter in the microwave (covered) for about a minute, stir well, let cool. Mix in eggs, vanilla, bananas, sour cream, and sugar.,
- Sift together dry ingredients, add the chips and nuts, and combine with the wet ingredients.
- Stir until barely mixed, pour into pan, spread evenly.
- Bake 1 hour, then begin checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Remove from pan and let cool.
