Receta Peanut Butter/Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredientes
- 1 c. soft shortening
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 c. rolled oats
Direcciones
- Cream shortening and sugars. Add in Large eggs and mix well till fluffy. Add in peanut butter. Sift flour, salt and baking soda. Mix well with other ingredients. Lastly add in oatmeal. Drop on greased cookie sheet. Dipping a fork in flour, then flatten and criss-cross cookies. Bake at 350 degrees about 10 min.
