Receta Peanut Butter Oatmeal No Bake Breakfast Bars
Here is a no-bake breakfast bar that is simple to make and uses ingredients that I always have on hand. Sometimes I’ll fix these after work for an anticipated late evening snack or something to pack in a picnic lunch.
Ingredientes
- 2 cups quick oats
- ½ cup smooth peanut butter
- ¼ cup wheat germ
- ½ cup chopped raisins
- ½ cup chopped almond slices
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ cup hot water
Direcciones
- Mix all ingredients well using a fork.
- Line an 8”x8” pan with wax paper.
- Press the mixture down evenly and refrigerate for ½ an hour.
- Cut into eight 2”x4” slices.
