Receta Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredientes
- 1/3 c. peanut butter
- 3/4 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1 prepared chocolate pie crust
- 4 Large eggs, separated, yolks and whites
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 can sweetened condensed lowfat milk
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
Direcciones
- Cream peanut butter with confectioners' sugar till crumbly. Sprinkle into pie crust.
- Combine the sweetened condensed lowfat milk, egg yolks, water and pudding fold in a saucepan. Cook and stir in lowfat sour cream. Pour into pie crust.
- In a mixing bowl, beat the egg whites and the cream of tartar till soft peaks form. Gradually add in the granulated sugar and beat till stiff. Spread carefully onto the pie to the edge of the crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 min or possibly till lightly browned. Refrigeratebefore serving. Serves 8.
