Ingredientes
- 1 c. homemade peanut butter
- 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 c. apple, peeled & finely minced
- 5 slices bacon, crisp-cooked & crumbled
- 8 slices whole wheat bread
Direcciones
- Blend peanut butter, mayonnaise and lemon juice in a 20 oz bowl. Stir in apple and bacon. Divide mix among 4 slices of bread and spread to edges. Top each with a second slice of bread. Makes 4 sandwiches.
